Integrated Administrative Services

The Integrated Administrative Services unit provides support for the School of Extended Studies. The unit consists of:

Information
Provides service to all walk-in customer inquiries, phone requests, and email requests for information about our programs or departments. Frontline staff refers customers to specialists for detailed information. Email learn@ses.pdx.edu or call 503-72-LEARN (503-725-3276).

Network and Computer Support
Provides network and user support as well as support for software, databases, printers, and computer hardware. Along with Portland State Universities Office of Information Technologies (OIT), provides computer training for the School of Extended Studies staff. Email boultonp@pdx.edu or call 503-725-4827.

Registration
Processes registrations for all credit and noncredit course and workshop offerings. Email mentzerm@pdx.edu or call 503-725-4825.

Print and Web Group
Creates all promotional publications (brochures, flyers, catalogs, advertisements) for Extended Studies and manages the Extended Studies websites. Email LooMarL@pdx.edu or call 503-725-4672.

Accounting
Manages the receivable and payable accounts of Extended Studies. Communicates regulation and policy changes, and assists units in problem solving related to financial matters. Email hubbard@pdx.edu or call 503-725-4819.
